To support the efforts, maintenance, objectives of the QMS, and the necessary continuous improvement, VD ENGENHARIA VISUAL establishes the following guidelines:

Continuous improvement: continuously improve the Quality Management System through effective and verifiable actions.

Supportive organizational culture: promote awareness, understanding, and engagement with VD ENGENHARIA VISUAL’s “Cultural Guideline and Code of Conduct.”

Supplier development: contribute to the improvement and qualification of suppliers, aiming to enhance service quality and ensure the satisfaction of VD ENGENHARIA VISUAL’s clients.

Compliance with applicable requirements: fully comply with legal requirements applicable to the business, contractual obligations, and internal standards established by VD ENGENHARIA VISUAL.

Awareness: promote ongoing awareness initiatives regarding the Quality Management System so that all stakeholders properly understand its concepts and techniques—enabling effective collaboration in achieving its objectives.
